Fathers Assisting Mothers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preparing expectant fathers for their evolving role during pregnancy. We provide essential education on pregnancy stages, partner support, and emotional and physical changes, empowering dads to be confident, informed, and active participants in the childbirth journey.

Dad Prep Academy
Dads Prep Academy
Childbirth education for teenage fathers that includes the fundamentals of labor, caring for a newborn, and recognizing postpartum warning signs.
F.A.M.ILY Cohort
Our 6 week Intensive program to prepare for childbirth. This course covers essential topics, ensuring you feel confident and informed. Our expert instructors will guide you through practical exercises as well as empowering community conversations.
1-on-1 Personalized Coaching Sessions will provide tailored support and insights to help you confidently embrace fatherhood. Prepare for this exciting new chapter in your life!
